Delta Dental of New York supported the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine (UB SDM), which is working to increase delivery of oral health care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Western New York State and developing a workforce prepared to treat this population. Working in a new, state-of-the-art mobile dental clinic, UB SDM staff, faculty, and students will provide preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures at different locations of the nonprofit Arc GLOW several days per week, serving individuals in Genesee, Livingston, Orleans, and Wyoming counties.
