Delta Dental of Pennsylvania supported Union Community Care, a nationally recognized patient-centered medical home that offers an inclusive approach to providing health care. Its diverse services reflect the cultures, values, and needs of the individuals and communities it serves. Union Community Care provides primary family medical care, dental care, behavioral health, and social support throughout 10 Lancaster and Lebanon locations. Based on household income and size, Union offers a sliding fee discount program at a lower rate or nominal fee for medical and preventive dental services provided at their centers.
